The Generous Guarantee

If something you bought from us isn't right, tell us within 3 days and send a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice. Cut flowers should last at least 5 days in a clean vase with fresh water; if they don't, the same promise applies.

Orders, pickup and delivery

  • Online orders are reservations. You pay at pickup or delivery by Venmo, cash or card, unless we've sent you a payment link.
  • Pickup orders are held until the end of your pickup window. After that we may return them to the stand.
  • We deliver within about 10 miles of Woodbine. Delivery is free over the minimum shown at checkout.
  • Harvests depend on the weather. If we're short on something you ordered, we'll tell you before pickup and you won't pay for it.

Market Cards and Founding Member cards

  • Market Cards and gift cards don't expire and have no fees. They can be used for anything at the stand or online.
  • Founding Member cards: if you have unused paid balance at the end of the season, ask and we'll refund it. The bonus credit isn't refundable.
  • Cards can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it.

Pick-your-own

  • Tickets are for the date and time you booked. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund, or move to another time.
  • If we close the field for weather, we'll offer a new time or a refund.
  • Please stay on the paths, cut only in the rows we open, and keep children with you. Wear closed-toe shoes.
  • Pets stay in the car or at home, for food safety.

The honor stand

The stand runs on trust. Pay for what you take using the prices on each bin, by Venmo, card or cash in the lock box. If you're short, pay us next time. We're glad you came.

CSA shares

Tell us at least a week ahead to skip or pause a box. Shares paid for the season can be refunded for weeks not yet harvested if you need to stop.

Privacy

  • We collect only what you give us: your name, email, phone, address for delivery, your order, and any question or vote you send.
  • We use it to fill your order, answer you, and send farm updates if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • It's stored in the farm's Google account. We never sell or share it, except with a payment service when you pay.
  • Questions you ask may be posted on the Q&A board with your first name only. Your email is never shown.
  • This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket and your vote are saved only in your own browser.
